MAKING A PURCHASE
Payments can only be made in US Dollars, if you are placing your order outside of United States, your credit card company will convert the US dollar transaction into your local currency. On all local orders, Uqique online prices are not inclusive of any taxes or surcharges. On international orders, please check with your respective customs on applicable duty taxes. Free shipping are applicable only for United States. For International orders, please check with our customer service for the detailed shipping fees to your destination. By placing an order online you are confirming that the credit card you are using belongs to you. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. This is especially relevant for overseas orders.
OUR ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we dispatch your product/s. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we may have inadvertently under-priced or no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price or a product is no longer available, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price or alternative product is acceptable before concluding the sale. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email containing the shipping information, tracking number and method of tracking the item (if applicable). Orders placed at weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the next working day. Occasionally our delivery schedule can be affected by adverse weather conditions and seasonal fluctuations in deliveries at our various warehouses. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any delays that are caused by United States Postal Service (USPS) or any appointed carrier agent.

All purchases made from date of amendment shall be subject to the replacement Terms & Conditions. We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether it’s in contract or by infringement of right or otherwise. In all cases our entire liability for any products supplied to you, howsoever arising, shall be limited to damages which shall not exceed the price paid for the product/s from our website in respect of which a claim has arisen.
