What is your returns policy?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging with your original receipt for a refund or exchange, within 30 days. Just contact us and let us know and we’ll send you a prompt exchange or refund. At UQIQUE, we provide a hassle-free return policy, with no questions asked.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and making sure that it is in its original packaging; it is not damaged due to insufficient packing; it is not damaged intentionally.

How do I return an item?
We makes returns easy in 5 easy steps. Please follow the below process for returning an item to us:

1. Email us and provide us with the order number and the item SKU number.
2. Re-pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Make sure that the item is in the same condition as when it was received.
4. Write a note, indicating an exchange or return, with your order number and place it back inside the package.
5. Return the package and provide us with the shipping information.

Do I have to pay for the cost to return an item?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will bear the shipping costs if the item is incorrect or defective, etc.

How long will my refund take to be processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 – 5 days. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded for returns and cancellations.

Note: Items that may NOT be returned: gift cards, promotional items, sale items, and/or items marked final sale.
