How can I make changes to my order or cancel my order?
You can contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you. We will try to accommodate any changes if the order has not been processed or shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you through email and provide you with the shipping information. You can also check on your order status inside your account.

I have received an incorrect or defective item?
We are very sorry for this. Please contact us and return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in our Returns Policy.
